Surface Design llc was established in 2004 when brothers Sam and Landon Costa decided to bring their nearly 20 years of combined concrete experience together, refocusing their talents on decorative concrete. With certifications through the Concrete Countertop Institute (Concrete Countertops, Integral Sinks, Fiber Optics, and Casting & Molding) and Stardeck (Various Overlay Applications), they have developed their business and honed their skills as decorative concrete artists.
When dealing with a custom, hand-crafted product, quality control is a must. The Surface Design founders work together on every project, at every site. Surface Design works closely with an engineer regardless of the project type, be it an outdoor living area, complete with fireplace and kitchen, or an antique vanity top. This collaboration ensures that you get both an aesthetically pleasing product, as well as one that is structurally sound.
The goal of Surface Design is to raise the standard for all decorative concrete applications. From countertops to outdoor living areas we want concrete to be the standard choice. To make this a reality we must offer our clients the highest quality products available.
