About Us
In the 1880's, Oscar Tobias Beight began working in the monument industry cutting and designing monuments for a small company in New Castle, PA. He worked for the company until the owner decided to retire and then purchased the company and relocated to East Palestine, OH .

Established in East Palestine during the year 1897, Oscar Tobias Beight began perfecting the fine craftsmanship of quality granite monument design for the general public. He brought two of his three sons into the business and began teaching them the same quality workmanship; for many years they worked side by side. O. T. Beight retired in the 1930's and his two sons Wilbur and Roy continued to update and improve their craft with the newest technology and equipment.

The third generation of the Beight family, Cecil, Dale, and Nevin, continued the tradition of using only the finest quality granite and creating some of the best memorials in the country. The family business continued to grow and was widely recognized for outstanding craftsmanship, beauty, and customer satisfaction.

We are now in the fourth generation of producing only the highest quality of monuments with three locations to better serve you. We have delivered markers as far away as Alaska and California . We use the finest granite our country has to offer and import top grade granite from around the world.

If you would like us to custom design and construct a family mausoleum, a one-of-a kind monument, or a marker for a loved family pet, we are here and ready to fulfill your needs. We also cut names, numbers, and designs for residential landscaping. Visit one of our offices to see the top quality granite we have to offer and see many photos of monuments we have designed.

The person who sold me my loved one''s headstone was very nice, but ultimately, the company did not follow through. A mistake was made on the stone itself, and over over six months later, it''s still not fixed satisfactorily. They filled it in, which looked horrible, and apparently didn''t order another stone in a timely fashion.
